Overview: The Predictions Cup is a series of individual forecasting and simulated trading competitions hosted by Susquehanna International Group, LLP (“Sponsor”) from time to time on the platform available at https://sig.thesuper.market/ (the “Platform”). These Official Rules govern with respect to the 2026 Midterm Elections Competition (the “Competition”). The official rules for future competitions hosted by Sponsor via the Platform shall be published in advance of each future competition.

Competition Period: The Competition begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00pm and ends on November 4, 2026 at 12:00pm (the “Competition Period”). For all purposes of this Competition, all times refer to Eastern Daylight Time or Eastern Standard Time, as applicable.

Competition Description: The Competition is a skill-based, free-to-enter forecasting and simulated trading tournament that Sponsor is hosting for entertainment purposes only. Participants in the Competition must have an active Account (as defined below) on the Platform in order to participate (see Section 5 (Platform Account Creation) for additional information). It is completely free to sign up for an Account. The Platform is operated by The Super Market (“Platform Operator”). Platform Operator is not affiliated with Sponsor or any other Competition Entities (as defined below).

Eligibility: The Competition is open to residents of one of the following geographic areas: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Guam, Guatemala, Hungary, India, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, United States, or Vietnam (collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”). Individuals who do not reside in an Eligible Jurisdiction are prohibited from entering the Competition. Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority (i.e., legally recognized as an adult) in their jurisdiction of residence (See Section 9 (Minors/Age of Eligibility) for more information). Participants must be actively enrolled as an undergraduate, graduate, or PhD student (or local academic equivalent) at an accredited institution in their country of residence. Participants must also have a valid Social Security number, a valid U.S. Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, Social Insurance Number, and/or a valid taxpayer reference number issued from their country of residence. Participants must have an active Account on the Platform (see Section 5 (Platform Account Creation) for additional information). Employees of Sponsor, Platform Operator, Enteractive Solutions Group, Inc. (“Administrator”), their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Competition, and any agents acting for the above entities, and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, assigns, or any other person or entity associated with the Competition (collectively “Competition Entities”) are not eligible to enter the Competition. Immediate family members (i.e., a spouse, domestic partner, child, sibling, or parent) and/or any person, whether related or not, living in the same household of an individual affiliated with a Competition Entity are also ineligible to enter the Competition. Notwithstanding the foregoing, current and former Susquehanna interns and co-ops are expressly permitted to participate in the Competition and shall not be considered “Competition Entities” or otherwise be ineligible to participate under these Official Rules.

Platform Account Creation: Eligible participants who do not have an account are invited to visit the Platform located at https://sig.thesuper.market to create an account (“Account”) for free by providing the following information: first name, last name, email address, phone number, password, country, date of birth, name of current school/college/university/educational institution, expected graduation date, agreement to the Platform Operator’s Terms of Use (https://www.thesuper.market/terms), and agreement to these Official Rules (collectively “Account Information”). All required Account Information must be completed in full and must be accurate and valid. An Account may be created at any time during the Competition Period. Neither Sponsor nor Platform Operator is responsible for any delays in the creation of an Account or inability of any person to enter the Competition due to delay.

How to Participate: Participants that have successfully created and activated an Account are automatically enrolled in the Competition. The Initial SUSQies Allotment will be available to participants to use for trading across the available Markets commencing at the start of the Competition Period (or upon registration for participants that register after the Competition Period has begun). Participants may engage in trading on the Platform as described in Section 3 above and in the Guide and may make changes to their positions at any time during the Competition Period. Once the Competition Period expires, all positions are locked and cannot be modified or changed by participants. Following the conclusion of the Competition, no SUSQies will be available to any participant for further trading via the Platform until such time as Sponsor hosts a different competition via the Platform, and a participant’s SUSQies balance from this Competition shall not carry over to any future competition. Participation is intended to be strictly individual, not team based. If participants use a web-enabled mobile device to participate, data rates may apply (participants should contact their service provider for data rates/plans). Participants should use care and not drive or operate machinery while entering the Competition. All trades must be received prior to 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time on November 4, 2026.

Market Integrity; No Trading on Material Non-Public Information: Participants may not trade in any Market while in possession of material non-public information concerning the outcome of the underlying event. Prohibited trading includes trading by any participant who: (i) has access, or is in a position to access, material non-public information concerning a Market before such information is made publicly available; (ii) is an employee or affiliate of the data source identified on the Platform as determining the resolution of that Market; or (iii) is a decision maker, direct or indirect, or has any influence, direct or indirect, on the outcome of the underlying event. By way of example only, a participant who is employed by, interns or volunteers for, advises, or is an immediate family member of a candidate, campaign, or organization whose conduct or results determine the resolution of a Market may not trade in that Market. Each participant represents and warrants on a continuing basis that their trading activity on the Platform complies with this Section.

Informational Content: The Platform may display news feeds related to certain Markets that include, but are not limited to, news stories, polling data other informational content, all of which is sourced from third parties (collectively, “Informational Content”). All Informational Content is provided solely for general informational purposes and does not constitute investment, trading, financial, or other advice, an endorsement of any source, or a recommendation to take any position in any Market. Neither Sponsor nor the Platform Operator shall independently verify any Informational Content, nor does Sponsor or Platform Operator make any representations or warranties of any kind as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or availability of Informational Content. There shall be no obligation on the part of Sponsor or Platform Operator to update, supplement, or correct Informational Content. Participants are solely responsible for their own trading decisions, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Competition Entities shall have no liability arising out of or relating to any participant’s use of, or reliance on, any Informational Content.

Minors/Age of Eligibility: For purposes of this Competition, a minor is not eligible to participate. A participant is deemed a minor if any of the following is true:

Prizes; Determination of Winners: Three (3) prizes (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”) will be awarded in the Competition. Each Participant’s final score/rank shall be based on his or her verified total SUSQies balance as of the resolution of all Markets. Except in the event of a tie, described further below, the Prizes shall be awarded as follows:

Notification: Each potential winner will be notified by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee(s) at the email address associated with his/her Account. The email notification will include a link to a secure eligibility form (“Eligibility Form”), which must be completed by each potential winner within seventy-two (72) hours from the date the email notification was sent[SK1] . The information required on the Eligibility Form includes: first and last name, mailing address including country, telephone number, email address, name of current school/college/university/educational institution, and month/year of birth. Failure to complete the Eligibility Form within seventy-two (72) hours of it being sent will result in disqualification and the Prize will be forfeited.

Tax Obligations: All federal, state, and/or other applicable taxes (including but not limited to income taxes for a U.S. winner) arising from participation in the Competition or the award of a Prize as may be required by applicable tax authorities in the jurisdiction in which a winner resides is the sole responsibility of each winner. Non-U.S. winners will be subject to 30% withholding taxes which shall be deducted from the applicable Prize amount prior to remittance. U.S. winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC or equivalent tax reporting documents for a Prize valued over $2,000 and winners outside the U.S. will be issued an IRS Form 1042-S from Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee for the total ARV of the Prize won (as stated herein) in the calendar year won as required by United States law.

Personal Data/Privacy Policy: Participants understand and agree that personal data/information they provide will be processed in the U.S. (i.e., outside the EEA and/or not in any other Eligible Jurisdiction). Each participant’s personal data will be used by Sponsor, Platform Operator and/or Administrator for purposes of administering the Competition including but not limited to any required applicable record keeping, tax forms, state/country/region registrations, and/or any Prize fulfillment obligations. Personal information collected from participants will only be used for Competition administration purposes unless their express consent has been obtained beforehand (including by opting in, while registering for an Account, to be contacted by Sponsor by email about Competition updates, future competitions and events, and about internship and career opportunities at Susquehanna). Opting in to be contacted by Sponsor does not improve a participant’s score. Neither Sponsor, Platform Operator nor Administrator will sell any personally identifiable information of any participants or winners. Furthermore, Neither Sponsor, Platform Operator nor Administrator will share or disclose any personally identifiable information to any third-party unrelated [LL2] to the Competition. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any personal information supplied by participants to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://sig.com/privacy/. To the maximum extent permitted by law, except where prohibited by law, participant’s acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor or its affiliates to use such participant’s first name, last initial and country for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including posting on Sponsor’s affiliated social media platforms) in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation to such participant in connection with the Competition and/or the Prize awarded.

Competition Data: Sponsor is and shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all data generated by or relating to activity on the Platform, including all orders, quotes, trades, positions, SUSQies balances, transaction and order histories, leaderboard and scoring data, API and Bot activity logs, and all statistics, analytics, models, aggregations, and derivative works created from any of the foregoing (collectively, “Competition Data”). Sponsor may use, reproduce, modify, analyze, publish, display, and otherwise exploit the Competition Data for any purpose, in any medium, in perpetuity, worldwide, without further notice, consent, compensation, or attribution to any participant, subject only to Sponsor’s obligations regarding personal data set forth in Section 13. Nothing in these Official Rules grants any participant any ownership or license rights in the Competition Data or in the Platform.

General Conditions: This Competition is governed by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, territorial, provincial, and local laws. By entering the Competition, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, participants agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Official Rules, as well as the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects, to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Official Rules, and to release all rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against the Competition Entities. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any participant found tampering with the operation of the Competition, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Competition is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Competition or any portion thereof and to conduct the applicable scoring and award the Prize(s) from all salvageable eligible trades received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor, or award the Prize(s) in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. In case of a dispute over the identity of a participant, the authorized account holder of the Account on the Platform affiliated with the applicable trading activity will be deemed the participant. Said person must comply with these Official Rules, be the person who completed the act of setting up the Account, and, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the Account.

Disclaimers: The Competition Entities are not responsible or liable for any order, trade, position, or Account Information that is late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, tampered with, forged, not received by the Platform, or otherwise not submitted in compliance with these Official Rules, or that is affected by any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer line or network failure, or other technical malfunction. Except as expressly set forth in Section 6, the Competition Entities are not responsible or liable for any activity submitted by automated means. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, void, reverse, or disqualify any order, trade, or position.

Disclaimer of Warranties: THE COMPETITION, IN WHOLE AND IN PART (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PLATFORM, ALL MARKETS, ALL CONTENT, AND ALL INFORMATIONAL CONTENT), ARE PROVIDED, TRANSMITTED, DISTRIBUTED, AND MADE AVAILABLE “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE COMPETITION ENTITIES MAKE NO WARRANTY: (A) THAT THE COMPETITION OR THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; (B) THAT DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE COMPETITION OR THE PLATFORM WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THAT THE COMPETITION OR THE PLATFORM WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; (D) AS TO THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND VALIDITY OF ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIALS IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMPETITION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INFORMATIONAL CONTENT; (E) THAT A PARTICIPANT’S USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL MEET ITS REQUIREMENTS; (F) AS TO THE ACCURACY OR TIMELINESS OF ANY MARKET RESOLUTION; OR (G) THAT TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA WILL BE SECURE.

Force Majeure: The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to Force Majeure Event (as defined below) will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. For purposes of these Official Rules, “Force Majeure Event” shall mean the interruption of or material interference with Sponsor’s ability to hold the Competition or to grant a Prize by any cause or occurrence not within Sponsor’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, hurricane, terrorist threat or activity, public health emergency (e.g., COVID-19), act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court, or any delay, interruption, postponement, cancellation, recount, challenge, dispute, certification delay, or other complication relating to any federal, state, or local election, election results, certification of election results, or any governmental action or failure to act in connection therewith.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Arbitration; Limitation of Liability: All participants acknowledge and understand that they are entering into a Competition being run and administered in the U.S. and acknowledge that the Competition is subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Section 19 shall limit any release of liability or claims set forth in these Official Rules. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to (i) the Competition, (ii) the awarding of any Prize, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of these Official Rules or their enforcement or interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, their enforcement, arbitrability or interpretation shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration, to be held in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be selected by mutual agreement of Sponsor and the participant or participants bringing forth the controversy or claim, which to the extent permissible must be brought individually and not as part of a class/group (collectively, the “Parties”) or, if the Parties cannot agree, then by striking from a list of arbitrators supplied by the American Arbitration Association or JAMS/Endispute. The arbitration shall be a confidential proceeding, closed to the general public. The arbitrator shall issue a written opinion stating the essential findings and conclusions upon which the arbitrator’s award is based. The Parties will share equally in payment of the arbitrator’s fees and arbitration expenses and any other costs unique to the arbitration hearing (recognizing that each side bears its own deposition, witness, expert, and attorneys’ fees and other expenses to the same extent as if the matter were being heard in court). To the maximum extent permitted by law, participant(s) agrees that his/her claim will be resolved individually, exclusively by arbitration (where legal), without resort to any form of class action. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant(s) further agrees that any claim/judgment/award in such arbitration shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Competition and in no event will participant(s) be permitted to obtain attorneys’ fees, other legal costs and/or be entitled to awards.

Rules/Winners List: To receive the winners list or the rules, send an email to winnerslist@enteractivesolutions.com with the name of the Competition in the subject line and specify if you want the rules or the winners list in the body of the email. All requests must be received by January 4, 2027. The winners may also be posted on the Platform in Sponsor’s discretion. The list of winners will only contain the following information: first name, last initial, state/province, country, Prize won, and Prize value.
